The Campus badge provides access to the Campus.

There are two types of badges:

  • A virtual badge (app) for residents that meets the highest security requirements.
  • An RFID pass for visitors.

Employees / Residents

Employees who are registered via the employee list will receive their digital access pass at the reception during their first visit to the campus.

To enroll employees send the updated version to facilities.smartservices@brightlands.com

The employee can already download the app from the Apple App store or the Google Play store.

The employee will receive a welcome email with a temporary password within 24 hours. Within 24 hours, the employee can collect his personal code at the Service Point/Reception.
After the code has been entered, the employee has access to the Campus.

If the badge is not used for a longer period of time (> 6 months), it will be deactivated.

Hand in resident badge

Remove the employee from the employee list.

Please send the updated version to facilities.smartservices@brightlands.com.

For access token/coin (old situation):

hand in the coin at the Servicepoint.

Visitor access badge

The visitor (registered via Facilitor) receives an access pass from the Service Point upon arrival.
