Service point

The Service Point is located at the entrance of the Campus. It can be reached by telephone on +31 (0)651559065 and by email: reception.smartservices@brightlands.com.

The Service Point is manned every working day from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Occupancy outside these hours can be arranged via Facilitor. The additional costs associated with this will be passed on to the applicant.

The Service Point:

• Is it is the first point of contact for visitors.
• Reports visitors to the hostess or hostess upon arrival.
• Answers the calls that come in on the main number.
• Receives mail and distributes it among the mailboxes.
• Receives small packages and informs the addressee.
