Visitors are welcome on the Campus every working day from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

You can register a visitor via Facilitor. This ensures that he or she has access to the Campus.

Based on availability  it is possible to reserve a parking space in the visitor parking lot for the duration of the visit.

There are currently  geen charging points for electric vehicles in the visitor’s car park.

For visitors who come by bicycle, there is a bicycle shed next to the gate on Smedestraat.

This is freely accessible.

Visitors can make free use of the open guest network on the Campus:
Brightlands-Guests

The visitor receives an NFC tag that acts as a visitor badge.
This allows the visitor to move around within the Campus. This badge only gives access to the public areas.
Office doors cannot be opened with this!

Register visitors

  • The hostess/host registers the visitor via Facilitor
  • The hostess/host registers the visitor via Facilitor
  • Visitors can report to the Campus Service Point upon arrival. The Servicepoint reports the arrival of the visitor to the hostess.
  • The visitor receives an NFC tag that acts as a visitor badge.
  • Last-minute registration is also possible via Facilitor. Every 5 minutes, all data is processed in the various systems.

Go to: Bssc.facilitor.nl and login with your own credentials.

Username is: firstname.lastname@ssc.nl and associated password.

In the menu, under the Self-service tab, click Sign in Visit.

A tab with input fields appears.

1. Select the date of the visit from the calendar.

2. Select the time when the visit arrives.

Visitors arriving by car have access to the visitor’s car park 15 minutes prior to arrival.

3. Enter an expected departure time.

Please note: 15 minutes after the entered departure time, any parking space will become available again for the next visitor!

4. If the visit is not for yourself, change the name after: Visit Before.

5. Select under action whether you want to be called by the reception with the notification that the visit has arrived.

6. Enter any comment. Optional
For instance: offer a cup of coffee while the visitor waits. [Kosten hiervoor worden in rekening gebracht aan de boeker.]

5. If the visit is not in your own space, change the Location, Building, Floor and Space fields.

6. Enter the name of the visitor and, if necessary, which company it belongs to.

7. Does the visitor need a parking space?
Then check the box under the “P”.

Wanneer deze niet is aangevinkt zal er ook geen parkeerplaats gereserveerd worden!
Als de kolom met de “P” niet aanwezig is heeft u geen toestemming gekregen om parkeerplaatsen te boeken!
Aan het reserveren van bezoekersparkeerplaatsen zijn kosten verbonden.

8. Provide the visitor’s telephone number so that the reception can reach them in case of unforeseen circumstances.

9. Enter the visitor’s email address.
A visitor, for whom a parking space has been reserved, automatically receives a confirmation at the entered e-mail address.

10. If the visitor needs a parking space and the check mark is set at step 7, the registration number must also be entered.

Access to the visitor’s car park is based on the registration number provided.

To register multiple visitors, repeat steps 6 to 10 on a new line.

Click Add to add more rules. click on Save to save the visit appointment.

Within 5 minutes, all reservations are transferred to the various management systems for access to the Campus and the parking facilities.
