Small packages are delivered to the Service Point.
The Service Point informs the resident by telephone that the package has arrived, after which it can be collected.
A different routing applies for large parcels and goods.

Large packages/objects can be delivered or removed via the goods lock (Campusbadge) in the parking garage.
Delivery by resident himself via loading and unloading platform
On floor 0, near the visitor’s car park.
A parking space must be reserved via Facilitor for access.
